Job Descriptions:

Full Charge Bookkeeper – 5+ years’ experience

Excellent opportunity for an experience full-charge bookkeeper.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and support the firm’s bookkeeping staff, provide bookkeeping services to clients, train and support clients, and prepare client tax sales tax returns. Strong knowledge and working experience with both QuickBooks Desktop and Online. Knowledge of Sage a plus candidate should have the ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and possess strong attention to detail. Good oral and written communication skills must since you will work directly with clients.

Tax Accountant – 3+ years’ experience

Excellent opportunity for a CPA motivated candidate who enjoys a variety of public accounting.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review individual business entity tax returns; Audit, review, and compliance engagements; Business and individual tax preparation; Work closely with and directly communicate with partners, managers, staff, in addition to clients; Deliver quality service; CPA preferred working towards licensure; Excellent communication skills; Strong analytical and public problem-solving skills; Excellent computer skills; Experience with ProSystem fx Tax software and CSA is a plus; Ability to work independently and in a team environment
