William S. Kalinowski, CPA, joined Burzenski & Company in 1994 and is currently the firm’s managing partner.

Bill has over 25 years of tax and accounting experience focused on closely-held businesses as well as individuals.  He serves clients in various industries including construction and real estate, manufacturing, professional services and nonprofit  organizations.

He is the partner in charge of the firm’s accounting and audit engagements and serves as a reviewer of financial statements for clients in numerous industries.  Additionally, he is skilled at evaluating client’s internal controls, identifying weaknesses and providing recommendations to clients for strengthening internal controls, operating procedures and increasing business efficiency.

He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of New Haven, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting.  He is member of Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has served on various non-profit boards.
